The apparition turned, revealing a model for the reverse side. The letter “M” surmounted by a cross on a bar. Below the “M” were hearts of Jesus and Mary encircled by the words, “O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.”  Patronage -All who wear this medal with devotion will receive great favors, and abundant graces will be given to those who have confidence.
